Usually, all orders will be shipped after 5 working days. At busier periods orders can take up to 10 working days.
It is no longer possible to add anything to your order, but it is always possible to place a new order. If your order has not yet been processed, we will of course do our best to send it together and thus limit the transport costs. However, because we want to guarantee a fast shipment, this is not always possible.
Once you have received confirmation of your order, it is no longer possible to cancel an order.

Very annoying when a fabric is broken or dirty! We would like to receive your complaint by email within 30 days with clear photos of the complaint (detail photo and a photo showing several meters) and the item number. Also read our extensive terms and conditions for more information.
When you have received the invoice, your package has been sent and you will find the shipment information on the invoice. Do you have to pay in advance? Then we will send your package as soon as we have processed the payment or when we have received your proof of payment.
The track & trace code can be found on the invoice. Is it a pallet shipment or do you pay in advance? Send an email to email@example.com and we will be happy to check it for you!
Sometimes a shipment is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. Use the track and trace link on the invoice to track the shipment. Will there be no new scan within 5 working days after the last update of the track and trace? Then please contact us. Have another problem with the delivery? Please let us know by email at firstname.lastname@example.org !
